Partner referral program terms.
These are the terms that govern participation in the Trucking Comply Partner Referral Program. They supplement, and do not replace, our general Terms of Service. Plain-English, and scoped to exactly what participating as a partner involves — the table of contents on the left jumps to any clause.
§01
What you earn
You earn a $25 commission for every new customer who completes a DOT Drug & Alcohol Consortium membership order through your referral link or code. A commission clears — becomes eligible for payout — 30 days after the customer's payment. This clearing period lets us confirm the order wasn't refunded or reversed before the commission is final.
§02
Getting paid
Payouts are made on request once your cleared balance reaches $50. Request a payout from your partner page, and we'll process it within 5 business days by Zelle, ACH transfer, or check, depending on the payout method you've provided.
§03
Tax reporting
If your payouts from the program total $2,000 or more in a calendar year, we're required to collect a completed IRS Form W-9 from you before we can issue any further payout.
§04
Who qualifies
Commissions are earned only for new customers — people or companies who have not previously purchased from Trucking Comply. You may not refer yourself, your own company, or an account you control. If a referred order is refunded, canceled, or reversed, the commission tied to it is voided; if it's already been paid out, we may deduct it from a future payout.
§05
Your duties as a partner
When you promote Trucking Comply, you must clearly disclose that you're compensated for referrals, consistent with FTC guidance on endorsements and testimonials. You may not bid on "Trucking Comply" or confusingly similar terms as keywords in paid search advertising.
§06
Program changes & administration
We may void or adjust a commission we believe was earned in error, through fraud, or in violation of these terms. We may suspend or close a partner account at our discretion, including for violating these terms. We may change these terms at any time; we'll update the "Last modified" date above when we do, and continuing to participate in the program after that date means you accept the changes.
