Every vendor in this category sells a new-authority carriers list. A list is a noun. A freight dispatcher CRM has to run the whole motion — source, reach, convert.
The Dispatcher Lead Engine is the one workspace that runs that hunt end to end. A fresh list of new DOT authority leads is a commodity — every vendor resells the same public FMCSA register. The system that turns those names into signed carriers is not, and it runs on the same FMCSA data pipeline Trucking Comply already operates for its compliance business, which is why it can start at $25/mo.
01
Wake up to yesterday’s new authorities, already filtered to the trucks you actually dispatch.
New FMCSA registrations land daily, plus a separate recent-changes stream that catches carriers whose records just moved — so the list in front of you is never more than a day old.
- Daily new-carriers feed, plus a recent-changes stream (≤30-day diff window).
- 11 niche filters + time-in-business windows, including “New Authority — under 90 days.” Saved searches and views persist.
- Inspection leads: carriers who just had a bad roadside, surfaced as their own stream — not something a static list gives you.
02
Sequences that go out from your inbox and stop the moment a carrier replies.
Outreach runs from the dispatcher’s own identity — the carrier sees a person’s name in the from-field, not a rented sending pool.
- Multi-stage campaigns from your own Gmail/Google Workspace (OAuth) or your own domain (via Resend).
- Crash + inspection triggers auto-enroll matching carriers into a campaign — live today.
- Replies pause the sequence automatically; every message carries an unsubscribe link; bounces are tracked.
03
A real pipeline. Stages, notes, owners. No double-calls. No lead dies of neglect.
Every carrier has one owner, so two dispatchers working the same book can’t call the same lead by accident — and a quiet lead doesn’t just disappear.
- Pipeline with stages, notes, and ownership — board view, one owner per carrier.
- Auto follow-up tasks when a lead goes quiet, surfaced in Tasks for its owner.
- Per-carrier activity timeline, plus a dossier PDF you can pull from the pipeline record and attach to a carrier packet.
A leads list ($129) + a cold-email tool (~$90) + a CRM (~$30) ≈ $250 a month — and none of them talk to each other.

Up to 500 sends/day
A single signed carrier typically covers months of Premium.
Start with Premium→A carrier just had a bad roadside. That is the best time to call — so the system calls it for you.
A standing feed watches the crash and inspection streams. The moment a carrier matches, they are enrolled in a campaign automatically — outreach timed to the moment a carrier is most reachable, not whenever you got around to building the list. A carrier with fresh compliance pain is the one most likely to take a dispatcher's call.
Honest limit: the trigger enrolls the carrier into your sequence — it does not auto-write the inspection details into the email body. You still write the message.
Two buyers we built this for. One we did not.
The honest disqualifier below is part of the pitch — if it describes you, this saves you a call.
Starts at $25
Solo dispatcher just starting
You’re working a small book of carriers by hand — a load board for loads, Gmail for outreach, a spreadsheet for the rest. Starter gets you the sourcing workspace without changing how you already run outreach.
Premium fits
2–5 person shop scaling the book
More than one dispatcher is working the same book, or you’re ready to move from hunting to harvesting — campaigns, safety-signal triggers, and a pipeline that keeps everyone off the same carrier.
By design
Sending 5,000 cold emails/day from rented domains
That’s a different product, and that’s on purpose. No rented-domain sending farm, no warm-up tooling — the send cap protects your own inbox’s reputation, not a stranger’s.
Before the workspace. After it.
Same dispatcher, same book of carriers to find. Here is what changes.
What dispatchers actually ask.
01Who is this for — carriers or dispatchers?
Dispatchers. Specifically the owner-operator dispatcher or 1–5-person dispatch shop working brokered freight for a small book of carriers, plus small dispatch startups turning a list of new authorities into signed carriers. It is not for brokers running load boards, factoring companies, insurance agencies, or the DOT-regulated carrier — Trucking Comply serves those buyers elsewhere.
02What exactly is in the daily new-carriers feed?
New FMCSA registrations land daily. A separate recent-changes stream — a ≤30-day diff window — catches carriers whose records just moved, so you are not only looking at brand-new authorities but also carriers worth a second look. Niche filters, saved views, and the FMCSA Lookup dossier build on top of the feed on Starter and Premium; Email-only delivers the raw feed itself. One honest limit: if FMCSA has no email on file for a carrier, we do not invent or append one — you get what the public record actually has.
03What are the 11 niche filters?
Reefer, Flatbed, Auto-Hauler, Movers/Household-Goods, Towing, Tanker, HazMat, Passenger, Broker/Forwarder, For-Hire, and Private — plus time-in-business windows, including “New Authority (under 90 days).” Saved searches and views persist so you are not rebuilding the same filter every morning.
04How is this different from a $129/mo fresh-leads subscription?
List products alone start at $129/mo for the feed and nothing else. Starter is the feed plus niche and time-in-business filters, inspection leads, FMCSA Lookup with PDF export, and saved views — at $45/mo, less than half. Premium adds the outreach and pipeline layer a list subscription never gives you at any price.
05Do I have to use my own email account? Can I use my company domain?
Campaigns send from your own Gmail or Google Workspace account via OAuth, or from your own domain via Resend. There is no shared sending pool and no rented domains — the carrier sees the dispatcher’s own name in the from-field, because that is the point of dispatch outreach.
06What’s the daily send cap and why?
Up to 500 sends per day, per account, on Premium. That is a stated ceiling, not a hidden throttle — it is deliberately capped to protect the dispatcher’s own inbox reputation. Your email provider’s own sending limits still apply on top of it.
07What happens when a carrier replies mid-sequence?
The sequence pauses automatically for that carrier — no more follow-ups fire once they have responded. Every message carries an unsubscribe link that suppresses future sends on request, and bounces are tracked.
08What are the crash & inspection triggers, exactly?
A standing feed watches the crash and inspection streams. The moment a carrier matches, they are enrolled in a campaign automatically — live today, not a roadmap item. The trigger enrolls the carrier into your sequence; it does not auto-write the inspection details into the email body — you still write the message.
09Can two dispatchers share the pipeline?
Yes. The pipeline is a shared board with stages, notes, and per-carrier ownership, so two dispatchers working the same book cannot call the same carrier by accident — each carrier has exactly one owner at a time.
10What’s in the FMCSA Lookup dossier PDF?
Authority status, crash history, inspection and OOS record, and Trucking Comply’s own safety score — exported as one PDF you can review before a call or attach to a carrier packet.
11Does TC provide loads, or just the tool to sign carriers?
Just the tool to find and sign carriers. This is not a load board, and load-finding is out of scope — dispatchers keep whatever load-board seat they already have. The Lead Engine is additive: it helps you source, reach, and convert the carriers you then dispatch loads to.
Run it on new-authority carriers in your area.
Book a walkthrough and we will pull up new-authority carriers in your niches, live — so you can see the feed, a sample sequence, and the pipeline before you pick a tier.
